Up Again.

Good evening ¤¤¤¤.

Things are happening here and the situation is looking positive.  I have engaged with some of the youngsters involved, with good support from the community.  Already I have almost half of my stuff back with high expectations of getting more returned tomorrow.  I am even being given things I did not realise had been taken.

This could have a positive outcome in the long run, as I have established a dialogue with some of the youngsters with whom I have been trying unsuccessfully to work for some time.  Also with some adults who have, to put it politely, enabled the larcenous activities of the kids by receiving stolen items.

So, as it is primarily my job to keep these kids out of your hands, I would like to advise that at this time I want to handle the situation myself without further police involvement if possible.
Thanks for your support in this.
Cheers
Alan

Hi Margie

You will have seen my email to ¤¤¤¤ that I copied to you.
I am on it.  With the help of Joe and some community folk the matter is well in hand and I see this as having a positive outcome.  I really don’t need a visit tomorrow.  In fact it’s possible having the boss turn up may even undo some of the quantum progress I’ve made in reestablishing myself here.
I have had a tearful reunion with XXXXX also interactions with YYYYY and ZZZZZZ. I will be having a word tomorrow with the man who has my compressor.
Things are looking up.
All well here.
Cheers!

Though I am old with wandering Through hollow lands and hilly lands, I will find out where she has gone, And kiss her lips and take her hands; And walk among long dappled grass, And pluck till time and times are done, The silver apples of the moon, The golden apples of the sun.

” I am even being given things I did not realise had been taken.”
When we were burgled the second time at Woodside we claimed and were promptly paid out for everything we claimed.
And for the next two years, we would say “Where is the McGuffin?”
